One of the more bothersome issues we deal with in our teenage years, is concerns about our complexions. You probably should know what I’m talking about. The age old, yet never appreciated affliction known as acne. For some bizarre reason we appear to be the only species that’s affected by it.

There are the commercial products which generally evolved in the labs and doctor’s offices of our nation, while history, folklore and experimentation provide home made cures. In fact these homemade remedies were the only options available, not that long ago.

In addition, ask to search their health videos for any skin care material.
